I order drive thru pick up on the app a few minutes before I pull up. The food has always been hot, I’ve only tried 3 or 4 different drinks so far, but they’ve tasted great, & the staff has been friendly every time I’ve gone. I love that the app has a new trivia question every day that gives you a same-day discount if you get the answer right. There’s never been a line when I’ve gone in the AM, so that’s yet another reason it’s become my replacement coffee place.

I have been a steady 7Brew customer twice a week for more than a year. When Caribou Coffee opened two doors down I was confused by the bold move. One day on a client where I worked happened to be holding a Caramel Highrise and I asked her about it just being friendly. She RAVED about it. To the point I just had to try it. I’ve now been to Caribou Coffee twice a week for the last three weeks. I have tried several drinks and an assortment of food and not once have I been disappointed. The coffee drinks are far better than any coffee I have ever gotten from 7Brew. The energy drinks are ok but not my favorite. The chicken chorizo burrito is delicious and I love the chocolate croissant. Also, the staff, Elaine specifically is so delightful. I’m not usually a chatty person at 7am but she is so helpful and seems genuinely happy to help navigate the menus if you’re unsure what you want or what to get. I am actually about to head out to Caribou Coffee now!

Hubs and I found out new date spot! He does not like coffee like I do however he will share a cup with me for a date. We went here and fell in love! We have had the turtle, mint condition, maple chicken waffle and a slice of coffee cake (I think). Great friendly staff, the place is clean and fast service. I love how they didn't rush us since it was our first time. They took time to answer any questions offered suggestions and treated us like we were the only customers there. We will be back! I can't wait until it's a little warmer so we can sit out on their patio!

The Honey Lavender Espresso Shaker is incredibly good!!! Along with the Coffee Cake Loaf! Awesome customer service! Adrianna was my cashier today. She was incredibly kind. Likewise, there is a manager who was working Sunday morning, I believe- she was also super kind, patient, and helpful. I was so excited to have Caribou here! Next up, Cava! Exciting!

Amazing customer service and Knowledgeable of the menu. Definitely can't go wrong with the choice of coffees. The turtle mocha is awesome, and that lumberjack sandwich (you're welcome). Definitely my new coffee shop with a great unique menu
